Widget from VKontakte "I like" does not work correctly. solution options?

Hello, comrades and colleagues in the shop!
Actually, here's the problem: today I installed the Like widget on my project , but, for some reason, when you hover over the widget button, a pop-up box does NOT appear, which should display a list of those who liked it and a tick "Tell friends". On his blog, WP 3.0.1 functions well, but on the main project ( for example, here , between the topic and the comments there is a “Like” button.
The debugger swears at the lack of a certain fastXDM method, so the plate, apparently, does not pop up. What is strange, once she only made an attempt to surface, but it was only once and did not repeat (an attempt, because due to the proxy server on the pop-up window there was a connection error due to the low connection speed, which also happens when trying to open sites ; disappears after page refresh). But, not the point. The bottom line is that I can not understand the reasons for the inoperability of the widget and ask for help. My message , posted in the technical support of VKontakte, has so far remained unanswered.
