Widget for google wave?

Is there a handy widget for the desktop (win7) that would display the waves? I found waver not convenient - it does not fold to tray, and in general it looks like the browser was built into the window and that's it ... Does anyone really use this convenient thing?

Browser + custom Javascript will solve the problem.
