Wi-Fi signal strength match in dbm and percentage?
Why is Wi-Fi signal strength >-35 dbm taken as 100%, but <-95% = 0%? Is it described in some standard? Or just a common scale?

This is described in the specification of the receiver chip - the range of the received signal. And it’s not a fact that different receivers will have just such a scale
