Why Youtube stopped working properly in all browsers?

In general, Youtube simply stopped opening the video from the link. It doesn't matter what I do (copy a link from VK, from a document, or just click "open link in a new tab") all I get is this image. While just recently everything was working fine.
This happens in any Browser, I checked 3: Google, Opera, Firefox. But as soon as I log out of my Google account, everything works right away. All other links open perfectly. I turned off all the extensions, reinstalled Google Chrome, it did not help. I don’t understand how this could happen, because literally 2 days ago everything worked perfectly.
