Why you shouldn't name layers, groups, and objects in Adobe Illustrator?

Why not? Worth it if the objects are useless and you need to quickly understand the structure of the document.
It's also a good idea if you're importing an AI file into After Effects, for example (although it only works with layers).
But usually this is just a waste of time, the chandelier already provides a bunch of visual possibilities for organizing and structuring the document.
I usually limit myself to naming artboards, because then it is convenient to export them with an empty name - when writing files, the chandelier will write the name of the artboard in the file name.
