Why writes without access to the Internet?

wifi connects, but when you hover over the icon, the inscription “without access to the Internet” appears.

If I come early in the morning in the first 5k, it connects without problems, if I come later, it connects but without access to the Internet.
Have to distribute from the phone.
A couple of times and when connected to the phone, the same could not connect.
There was also a case with another wifi where the laptop was automatically connected before, now it has stopped connecting.
The laptop rebooted and the settings are in order.

In fact, the problem is very popular. And the status "without access to the Internet, or network" near the TCP / IPv4 protocol can appear due to many different reasons. Including problems with your Wi-Fi router (if you have a connection through a router), some errors in Windows, or even problems with your Internet service provider.
You may encounter this problem when connecting both via a Wi-Fi network and via a network cable through a router, or directly to an Internet provider. Also, the lack of Internet for IPv4 can be observed both in the new Windows 10 and in Windows 8 and Windows 7. The solutions will be universal for all operating systems, computers, laptops. By opening the "Status" of our Internet connection (wireless connection, or Ethernet), we will most likely see the status without access to the Internet, or network.
To begin with, I advise you to follow a few simple recommendations, and try to determine the cause (at least I did);

  1. Restart your computer or laptop. It's a reboot, not a shutdown.
  2. If you have a connection through a router, then reboot the router by completely turning off the power for a minute.
  3. Remember what you were doing before the Internet stopped working, and a status appeared next to IPv4 without access to the Internet. It is very important. Maybe you changed some settings, or installed something.
  4. If your Internet is connected directly to your computer (without a router or modem), then if possible, connect it to another computer. It is possible that the problem is with the Internet provider. Call your ISP support and ask.
  5. If you have a router installed, and the Internet does not work on any device that is connected through it, then the reason is in the router itself, or the provider. We call support and check the router settings (after rebooting it). If the Internet does not work on only one computer, then we are looking for the reason on it. More on this in the article below.
  6. Temporarily disable your antivirus.
