Why won't zoom on Woocommerce photos turn off?

In the product card, when you hover over the photo with the mouse, the photo starts to zoom. And to open the entire gallery, you need to click on the magnifying glass icon. This does not suit me, I want to turn off the zoom and have the photos open by clicking on them.
Please tell me why it doesn't work:
