Why won't Ubuntu run the program?

Good afternoon!
Please help me to solve the issue using Prepros in Kubuntu .
When launched from the shell, all functions work fine, except for Live Preview. The message "Connected to localhost" appears. And everything hangs until canceled.
Nothing happens when I run it from the console.

$ sudo ./Prepros

How to fix? What is the reason?
