Why won't the system boot!!?

Elementary OS 5 (aka Ubuntu 18.04). Posted recently. Yuzal a few days - the flight is normal. Nothing foreshadowed trouble ... And then suddenly, after one of the reboots, it stopped loading at all. The error is this:

I can’t even guess what caused it ... Maybe the update came wrong? The main thing is what to do? I urgently need a computer and the data is there... Help please!!!
