Why won't the modal close in FireFox? How to fix it?

, when displaying a modal, for example, from the "Options" block of buildings in FireFox, it cannot be closed by clicking on the cross, although everything is fine in chrome.
How to fix?

Remove the .popup-castom .close-popup visibility: hidden , otherwise the IE cross is not displayed at all
