Why won't the iphone app open?

Brought the application to the first test build. Paid developer account on apple.com.
-> I'm doing the first build. The flight is normal.
-> I install Ipa file via iTunes 12.6.3
The application is installed. But in the end, the icon is darkened and does not open (as if it is waiting for something, such as when it is updated). What's the matter?

Why didn't you decide through TestFlight?
In the new versions of itunes, Apple cut out the ability to transfer .ipa to the device directly, the problem may be incorrect transfer
If possible, try uploading ipa through a testfly or, for example, HockeyApp
If it doesn’t help, please show app.json

Build in production and upload to TestFlight.
And if for debugging you make assemblies that need to be shown to the customer, then it is very convenient to do this through Fabric Beta
