Why won't Sencha ext js 6 install?

Followed the instructions from the official site
After the first two points, I stopped at point 3:
sencha -sdk /path/to/extjs/framework generate app AppName path/to/app I
open the Terminal, enter sencha - writes
Cannot use configured version 6.1.1.76
Cannot find usable Sencha Cmd version in...
/path/to/extjs/framework - what is this path?
What needs to be done in step 3?

It turned out that /path/to/extjs/framework - means the path to the folder that I downloaded and unzipped in the second step, but it is not called framework, but ext-6.0.1
After that, the generate app command follows - generate app ( for example, SenchaApp - a folder for it must be created in advance) and the path to this folder is written (path_to_folder/SenchaApp).
