Why won't my iPhone 5s connect to a certain host?

There are two identical iPhone 5S.
On them, some time ago, a 2X RDP client was installed and access to our server via RDP was configured.
Dynamic DNS is configured through the myddns.ru service
For a while everything worked well, but after a while, one of the phones stopped connecting.
Neither through 2X, nor through the browser, the host is visible. At least by a domain name, at least by a direct IP address.
Everything works fine on the second device. Where can a dog be buried?
