Why won't my GPO network drive mount?

Greetings!
There is an AD WINSERV16 domain
Implemented DFS on another virtual machine and decided to mount disks to users using group policy.
In the GPO, I created a DEP group policy to create a network drive on client machines and applied it first to Department_1, everything worked.
Why in a couple of days applied the same DEP policy to Department_2 and the disk appeared only for one user out of 4.
Under users with the gpresult -r command, the DEP policy is displayed.
But the disk is still missing.
I am doing this task for the first time, perhaps I do not have enough practical experience.
