Why won't Microsoft Sql server 2012 install?

I install Sql server 2012 on Windows 10 64, run the SQLEXPR_x64RUS file, unpack a temporary folder like d5345436546333, and immediately after unpacking it is deleted, and nothing happens! what is the problem maybe?

Well run it in windows xp compatibility mode
