Why won't MAMP load javascript?

I am mastering an alternative to openserver called MAMP on a poppy.
Having loaded the folder, I noticed that mamp only reacts to changes in the .html file.

It sees js files connected to html, but does not fix changes in them.
That is - the script itself is executed, but when I try to make changes, it does not see them.

Now I can't change the resulting 404 error in the file because mamp won't load the changed path.

What is the problem?
