Why won't jquery load?

Made a layout. Here's the repository:

Used npm to download plugin libraries and stuff.
On the computer, jquery works fine, but on GitHubPages ( https://airman66.github.io/logo ) jquery is not loaded in the console, an error is written (supposedly there is no $ function). Again, everything is loaded and working on the computer. I started using npm recently and I can't figure out what's wrong. Please, help
