Why won't Huawei Y5c(Y-541 u02) charge?

There is a Huawei Y5c phone, when the phone was last charged from the powerbank, it stopped charging from something:
be it a socket, or a powerbank. It's definitely not a wire or a power bank because it was charging the headphones and the same powerbank from them. What could possibly be the reason? The battery is not swollen.
