Why won't appimage start?

I'm trying to run appimage, I've given all rights. It just does not start, in the terminal it gives out:

[5096:0818/205823.318668:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(158)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /tmp/.mount_balenaMU9TEW/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.

How to decide?

Just run the file with sudo
