Why won't apache start but archlinux?

Apache does not start, I call the status and get:
c43d6efa5e88497c92f1d4504e0250e1.png
In the logs:

AH00558: httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 10.89.183.208. Set the 'ServerName' directive globally to suppress this message

All I did was hooked up php, I'm surprised that even if you remove it, Apache does not start the same way ...
How can I find out more detailed information about the problem? Do you have Apache debug mode enabled?
