Why won't AMD Catalyst™ 14.12 Proprietary RHEL 6.0 x86_64 Display Driver install on Centos 6.6?

There is an operating system Centos 6.6 kernel 2.6.32-504.16.2.el6.x86_64 I can not install the driver for the amd r9 290x video card. I download from the official site support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=RHEL+x86+64 and choose for RHEL 6.0. After installing the driver, when the system boots after reboot, the system crashes and does not boot. The search turned up nothing. After much digging, I found this warning
on the amd support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMDCatalys... website:

NOTE: If a Linux 2.6.11 or newer kernel was built with CONFIG_AGP enabled, the kernel AGP frontend is required to load the fglrx kernel module. To identify whether your kernel with CONFIG_AGP enabled, look for CONFIG_AGP=y in the kernel config file, or if the 'agpgart' module is loaded

If I understand correctly, then I need to add the elrepo repository and install the fglrx driver, and then only install the driver from the AMD website?

I asked the question myself, and I will answer it myself.
Installed the fglrx kernel and then the specified driver. After reboot everything works.
