Why without problems lets into the admin panel?

Hello everyone, I installed yii2 advenced + adminLTE then configured rbac using mdmsoft/yii2-admin and at the end set dektrium/yii2-user to manage users and now when I am logged in I copy any url in the admin panel and try to access this url in another browser where I’m not logged in or on another computer, it lets me into the admin panel without any problems, as if it doesn’t exist, and even if I log out of the account in the new browser and then go back to the same URL without logging in, then I’ll be allowed into the admin panel again and I will be logged in as an admin, what can it be and where to dig?, if you completely delete yii2-user and yii2-admin, then the situation is the same
