Why when installing ubutnu Kernel panic - not syncing?

The second day I can not install ubuntu server, different images, different programs, but the same error, WIN PE is loaded, smart OK, mother gigabyte GA-M55S-S3 rev1.1 error or
end kernel panic - not syncing: corrupted stack end detected inside scheduler

or as in the photo:

updated BIOS to the latest version

Is the video card built in? Sounds like a RAM problem.

There may be a problem with the kernel, because support for AMD is very lame in linux
. Something similar for ryzen jumped out for me when I updated the kernel a little newer than version 4 (I had to catch up right away right up to version 5)
As the easiest way:
try to look for images, not the most latest (ubuntu 16.04.0)
and do not select "update to latest" during installation
