Why when I render a bitmap on createjs is it muddy?

In it, I'm trying to add an image to the scene and make it bounce a little.
But for some reason, every other time I get a cloudy and cropped picture from above, like this:

And it should be like this:

There are no ready-made non-standard solutions, and even with minimal finishing.
