There, the standard React webpack setting is hidden inside, the same is true in the Angular CLI.
And there is a command, in my opinion, further the same for React and Angular, so that all files with settings appear and you can change what you need.
Only Vue.js doesn't hide webpack settings.
In general, thanks to the standard settings for the framework, you do not need to configure everything, but you still need to understand what is happening inside.
