Why track the achievement of goals in Yandex.Metrica through GTM?

Hello colleagues! I installed the metrics and scripts of some more services through GTM solely for the sake of speeding up the site, the percentage in PageSpeed immediately increased. Apparently for such purposes GTM is the best solution. But here's the question. The configured goals in the metric work properly, why run them through GTM (as many instructions advise), when if someone uses the ecosystem from Google, it is quite possible to set it all up in GA?

The configured goals in the metric work properly, why run them through GTM

There are rather general advantages of working with GTM:
1. If you need to make changes, you do not have to go into the site code
2. For example, you can give a partner or manager guest access to view the settings, but without the ability to change the tags themselves
3. Of course, setting the goals themselves in GTM are much simpler, given the presence of templates for tags and variables
4. Less code on the site. Usually several analytics services are connected at once (ga, ym, fp, etc.). Accordingly, the best solution would be to add them using GTM, rather than inserting each code separately, especially if it is some huge site with a bunch of scripts, then the human factor plays a big role - either deleted, or changed, lost, etc.
5. Just in case of making wrong changes, or after testing the theory, in GTM you can easily roll back the version to the previous one.
