Why TOR browser doesn't load jQuery?

Faced a very strange behavior of the Tor browser. Refuses to load jquery in any form. Compressed, uncompressed, CDN, even if you insert it into the body of the page - a block.

Tor browser in its latest update.

NoScript and HTTP Everywhere extensions are disabled of course!
In all other browsers, NOT through Tor, everything works perfectly.
Tor swears that $(document) cannot use the HTML Node selector, that TypeError: $.ajax is not a function.

I am attaching two screenshots. Where jQuery is not loaded - Tor.

I load the same page, not modified by a single byte. Works in all browsers, only fox thor does not. How to fight? How to upload?

@Noizefan

In the browser settings there is also a "native disable" JS. Something like "use only safe functions"
