Why the second line on cisco spa 122 does not work?

Is cisco spa122, I configure IP telephony on a box. Registered accounts on 6 boxes. Each box has 2 lines, but only one of them works - the second. I set up on the wiki mango (sip provider-mango). Passwords and logins are exactly correct, all 6 boxes register in the network only one line - the second. What's the catch?
