Why the infinity refresh button after publishing on Google Play?

We made an application on Apache Cordova
in config.xml like this:

<widget android-versionCode="10001" id="io.cordova.cooolappp" version="1.0.1" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/ns/widgets" xmlns:cdv="http://cordova.apache.org/ns/1.0">

Laid out on the market it says this:
Working version
Version:
1.0.1
Full implementation.
1 APK-file, version code: 10001
(you understand, I think where the text was copied from)
Then I download it to my android background (other people also tried it) and after installation, instead of the OPEN button, the UPDATE button appears and if you press it, then an update occurs, but after the button UPDATE and it remains ..
the application is installed .. what kind of nonsense? there should be an open button like any normal application
