Why such a difficult captcha?

Comp with Win8.1., Firefox as a browser.
TOR is used, but FF is configured to go to a specific site and Google without a proxy.
The problem is that there is a crazy captcha:

and it’s really difficult to type such a captcha.
On a neighboring computer, without TOR, it is much easier.
What's wrong?

when you had to download an archive divided into 45 pieces from some file hosting service (with a similar captcha) after some part in a row (it was downloaded naturally not by hand, but by the universal share downloader), the captcha from a simple one becomes like yours.
Most likely these are protection settings and tor is to blame for this
