Why so many goods?

I set up the unloading of goods from the 1C database to the base of the test site on Bitrix. There should be about 7000 items in 1C. Yesterday, after a complete unloading, which took about 8 hours (from 18 to 2), about 146,000 goods were found in the site database. I have no idea where there are so many. At first I assumed that this was the total number of all items in the warehouses, but it turned out that there were only about 45,000 of them.

You probably make the division into "categories" on the side of the site, by setting up the group tree. If yes, then in Bitrix you can view it in the admin panel with output by category.
Well, if you have products with properties, then you could multiply each product by the number of its properties (we do not upload properties, so this is just an assumption).
