Why Skype does not see the webcam?

There is a Lenovo C455 desktop with a built-in video camera. Skype stopped seeing the webcam. With drivers and hardware everything is in order. Windows 8 is installed, there is an application Camera: Start-Camera, everything shows fine, I connected two more cameras. I also connected a Logitech camera, the software has a preview and settings - it also does not show the video, although, I repeat, everything is fine in the Camera. Antivirus (Kaspersky) has been standing for a long time, but just in case, I turned off web control and everything in general - no effect, in the Windows settings Privacy - Skype is allowed to use the camera. I also updated the drivers (although there didn’t seem to be such a need). How can it be that the webcam shows everything in the utility, but not in the programs?

About confidentiality, by the way, a good option ...
Well, try to remove it through the dispatcher, and install firewood from the manufacturer. Not wine.
You can also try to rearrange skype. He generally behaves strangely, skype ...

Apparently, applications do not have access to the camera. In Windows 10, this is configured through Settings ->
Privacy, but Windows 8 is not at hand to check, maybe there.
