Why site pages on Bitrix can stop displaying?

Good afternoon, such a question ... What are the reasons why any manipulations (even without visuals that cut tags, etc.) can cause the site page to stop displaying? It becomes completely empty. At what the rollback of changes in this case does not help, the page hangs. I encounter such problems all the time on different sites and I don’t know if I’m a fool, or the skis don’t go, as they say ... Even now - simply adding a page to a section causes the section page to completely fall. I got it in the code, there are no syntax errors, all brackets / commas are in place ..... I would be very grateful for suggestions and thoughts on this matter! Maybe there is some correct method of doing work, safe? Or you need to turn on some kind of scanning so that the site recognizes the changes .... (although I already reset the cache a hundred times) .... I'm confused.

Faced with this, but the problem was once again in the incorrect operation of the caches. More precisely, in the code that created / processed cache fragments. I think it's worth digging in that direction. What does error_log say?

Enable "Display errors and warnings" in the admin panel.
Also, this situation happens when it is not correctly spelled out in urlrewrite.php

Sometimes it helps to clear /bitrix/managed_cache/ not by resetting the cache from the admin panel, but by hand.

Maybe just a bug in PHP, you need to enable error output in Bitrix and in php.ini
