It will be possible to set up a feed for yourself to receive questions only from people with a certain rating.
The rating on the Toaster has nothing to do with Habr yet. But there is an idea in the future on the Habr profile to display a block of reputation earned on the Toaster. And vice versa, on the Toaster profile, display a block of earned reputation on Habré.
