Raspberry pi stopped turning on. When the power cable is connected with the CD card already inserted, the ACT and PWR LEDs light up, both light up continuously, but the system does not boot.

Have you checked the card? Live? What's on the screen?

If the card is alive, but the screen is dark and blank/no signal - check with another power supply and microusb cable.
