Why pages of Habr do not open completely and break off in unexpected places?

The speed of my Internet (we will not talk about the reasons) is 64 kbps. Habr pages do not open completely, break off in unexpected places. If it suddenly loads up to "There-Here", I rejoice like a child. Apparently, this is such a new way to protect against ddosers (and me). It turns out that the recent attack turned into a complete victory for Habr's enemies, because the inconvenience of some members of the community has reached a permanent level. What do i do? How to be habru? Is timeout the only correct remedy?
PS I do not have the opportunity to go through the topics and questions of the last days, so sorry for repeating if the topic has already been raised.
UPD I went through Q&A and found a similar question ( habrahabr.ru/qa/816). The advice on using Opera in turbo mode seemed to me the most adequate of those presented there. But it seems to me that measures to ensure performance should be taken by the “steering” habr, and not by visitors. The condition “the site works only in Opera with turbo mode” sounds a little ridiculous in relation to this IT resource.

The "helmsmen" do not charge you for reading habr, their task is to make the resource under attack available to the maximum possible number of users. Victims are inevitable, alas, the attack will end, the protection will be removed, everything will be OK. In the meantime, do not be lazy to try the methods recommended to you, in the end it is you who are the most interested person in this situation.

This is not a measure directed against DDoS, but an old problem of Habrahabr.
It has long been preventing me from reading the site via GPRS or other low-speed connection channels.
Not the first year.
I don't see the point in contacting the owners of the site.
