Why OpenCart 3 swears at modifiers and what to do about it?

Hello. I have OpenCart 3.0.2.0. There was a problem. When I open any product page, I get the following error:

I tried to delete files from the marked folders and clear the cache of modifiers, but it did not help - after clearing the cache, the files returned to their place. How can this be fixed?
