Why on freepbx, when conversation recording is enabled, not all calls are recorded?

In the Recording options field, I did everything according to the instructions. Exposed on all parameters - Force.
On the On Demand Recordings - Enable parameter.
Recording goes on almost all calls, but there are gaps. Why they are not recorded, how to fix? I'm new so I apologize if this is a very stupid question.

On Demand Recordings - Enable. - enable call recording upon request (during a call, press *1). It is not necessary to turn it on if you have already turned on the recording of all calls.
As far as I remember, FreePBX doesn't have an option to enable recording for everything. You need to enable recording for each trunk and exten,
