Why on a site on bitrix are not active pages of sections of the catalog given in the title for search engines 200, although in the browser 404?

There is such a problem.
Bitrix site.
I use the catalog.section component. The site has product categories. When these categories are deactivated, the 404 page should be displayed. It is displayed and gives Status Code: 404 in the browser. But search engines see it with the code 200.
What could be the problem?
