Why not save Actions?

Good afternoon everyone. There was a need to set up "actions" in zabbix.

Specifically, it does not save the conditions under which the action is triggered.

I wanted to set the severity and name of the trigger, but when you click on the "Refresh" button, everything is reset to default.

Do you press the dotted "Add" link under the New condition block after setting the parameters, before clicking on "Update"?
