Why not accept json with caps parameters?

I connect payment to the telegram bot, checked json requests through ARC, I get 0 and null, if the title is in caps... what could be the reason? I removed the caps and everything worked.

By the fact that the keys in json are case-sensitive.
SOMEKEY is not the same as somekey
