Why Nexus 7 began to slow down so much?

The tablet is about 3 years old. Previously, there were no problems at all, but recently it began to slow down a lot. Sometimes it hangs altogether.
Memory free 4.6GB.
RAM is on average 60% full.
I wonder if it's just me that has such lags? And if anyone knows the reason, tell me how to fix it?

See what is eating up resources in running applications. Most likely some service will hang there.
