Why Neither delete nor rename a file in Lubuntu?

The essence of the problem is very simple. Out of habit from Windows, when I try to upload a certain file to the site, for example, a picture, then at the moment when the explorer window opens, I can do almost everything with the files, and delete and rename them.
Let's say my picture has the name 123.jpg, but I decided to renew it into something understandable before uploading it, like screenshot.jpg ... but in Lubuntu I can't do that. You have to open the explorer separately and rename it there. Very uncomfortable.
Are there any hacks to change this?
