Why model is not created after migration?

There are three tables (typical m2m connection) Post, Author, PostAuthor,
during migration and registration in the admin panel everything goes fine, but when you click on PostAuthor in the admin panel, it throws an error, the table does not exist.
knowing the question is stupid, well, what did I forget to add (I sit stupid for half an hour) :)
