Why might the request fail?

there is a bot that forwards messages from chats,
I added a ban for users and channels (ads bothered me),
but messages with gifs / pictures from channels do not go into the ban. The ban
algorithm is as follows: 1 I press the
BAN button
ban
3 forward
4 I get an answer channel / people banned

gifs / pictures do not come. even when logging on the 3rd line, this message is not visible in the logs ZY
. test with messages without gifs / pictures and the channel and the user fly away to the ban
