Why might textarea not be written?

Before me, some kulibin created a form with several textarea with the readonly attribute. I removed the attributes in the bylder, the fields became available, but the entry in the database does not occur when changed - the data remains the same. Hence the question: where else can you look? Symfony 3-4. Thanks to all!

Maybe not in vain he made them in readonly. Maybe there is mapped => false, maybe ...
Yes, there can be a lot of things. Symphony has a very convenient debug panel - I recommend it.
