Why might foreman upstart not work?

Hey! Why might foreamn upstart not work? Those. everything is exported and even when you type sudo start myapp it says that everything is running. However, no logs are written and the port remains free. However, if I go into the project directory and execute foreman start , the server starts up successfully.
There is a .env file in the directory with the content RAILS_ENV=production I
use Unicorn, Capistrano 3, Foreman.

Decided to do without this gem. I am using capistrano-unicorn.

You need to look why the service does not start in the upstart logs - /var/log/upstart/myapp.log
