Why might browser-sync not work on mobile?

Subject, in fact. Disabled firewall, uninstalled antivirus. From the local computer everything works, but on the mobile the page has recently become unavailable (everything worked before). win10 system. Nothing changed in the settings, nothing was installed except for Windows and VMware updates. Where else can the connection be blocked?

I’ll ask stupid questions, but is the phone connected to the same local network via Wi-Fi? Is Wi-Fi itself on the phone turned on or is it likely that there is traffic through the mobile Internet? Are you typing the address correctly, by the IP address of the computer? Have you tried disabling the antivirus?
