It turned out that the unity hub was not completely removed. Some incomprehensible file remained from him, which was not deleted in any way in any way: neither directly, nor through uninstalling programs. This is what helped me: I was rummaging through the forums and somewhere I came across the revo uninstaller program. I downloaded it, then found this file in it, tried to delete it - again by. In the end, I thought of clicking on this PCM file in this program and opening its registry key. There I deleted everything related to that file to hell. After this action, the file itself disappeared, and the unity hub was successfully installed. So if nothing helps you try this.
