I bought a new 30V / 5A power supply from a 220V network, a 12V 21W light bulb is connected, it does not light up, I can’t understand why, just don’t kick me right away, I just started doing electronics, self-taught. Thank you in advance for your answer.

БП 30В, а лампочка 12В. 99,999% на то что лампочка сгорела.
Как ты думаешь зачем на лампочке написали 12В?
